Terms of use and purchase
This is a courtesy translation. The official text is the Spanish version, which prevails in the event of any discrepancy, and it is governed by Chilean law.
Version 1.0 · In force since October 2026.
The AsturTicket platform belongs to Astur Ticket SpA, RUT 78.460.386-5, with registered address at Colo Colo 379, office 706, Concepción, Biobío Region, Chile. For any question, write to contacto@asturticket.cl or use the contact form.
1. Acceptance and scope
These terms govern the use of the website, the applications, the points of sale and the other channels operating under the AsturTicket brand (the "Platform"), and the purchase, issuance, delivery and validation of tickets for the events offered on it.
By purchasing, the person declares that they have read and accepted these terms and the specific information for the event. This acceptance does not limit the non-waivable rights that Chilean law grants to consumers.
If these terms and the specific terms of the event disclosed before payment do not match, the more specific one applies, provided it is valid and does not reduce the consumer's non-waivable rights.
2. Who is who
Astur Ticket SpA operates the Platform and is in charge of selling, processing, issuing and validating tickets. Each event identifies the organizer or producer responsible for it.
The Buyer is the person who pays. The Attendee is the person who uses the ticket. The Organizer is the party that produces the event and defines, among other things, its programme, venue, capacity, categories, prices and admission rules.
The fact that Astur Ticket SpA acts as an intermediary does not release it from the obligations that the law imposes on it for the services it provides directly to the buyer.
3. Your account
To purchase, we ask for your name, your email address and your mobile number. They must be true and up to date: your tickets and the receipt are sent to that email address.
The account does not use a password. To sign in, we send a single-use link to the email address you purchased with, so protect access to your inbox and let us know if someone else uses it. Purchases made from an account are presumed to have been made by its holder, without prejudice to the investigation of fraud or unrecognized payments. Astur Ticket SpA may request reasonable information to verify the identity of the buyer or the legitimacy of a purchase.
4. Event information
Before payment, the following is shown, as applicable: event name, date and time, venue, section or seat, age restrictions, accessibility, ticket price, service fee and total price.
Review this information before confirming. Seating plans and location diagrams may be for reference only, if so indicated. Any significant change will be notified by email, without prejudice to any rights that may apply.
5. How purchases work
When you proceed to payment, the selected tickets and seats are held for a short time. If payment is not completed within that time, they are released and go back on sale.
The purchase is confirmed when the payment is authorized and we send you the confirmation by email, or when you see it in My account. If you were charged but did not receive a confirmation, write to us before trying again.
Astur Ticket SpA may set a maximum number of tickets per person, account, card, event or purchase, in order to distribute capacity fairly and prevent resale or fraud.
6. Price and service fee
The total price is shown before payment. It may include the ticket price, the service fee and other separately identified items.
The service fee covers what the Platform does for each purchase: processing the payment, issuing and sending the ticket, support, anti-fraud controls and validation at the door. Its amount is shown itemized before payment.
No charge is added after the purchase is confirmed. Ticket sales are exempt from VAT (IVA), so the price shown is the total you pay.
7. Payment and receipt
Payment is made on the page of the authorized payment processor (Haulmer, through TUU), not on ours. Astur Ticket SpA does not receive or store your card details.
A payment may be declined due to insufficient funds, incorrect details, the bank's security controls or because the time to pay has expired. When the purchase is confirmed, a VAT-exempt electronic receipt (boleta electrónica exenta) is issued and sent by email together with the tickets.
8. Delivery and care of your ticket
Tickets are delivered by email in digital format and are available in My account. Also check your spam or promotions folder, and make sure the ticket matches the event and section you purchased.
Each ticket has a unique, signed QR code. At the door it is valid only once: after the first entry, the same code is rejected. Keep it safe and do not post it on social media or share it with anyone who is not going to use it.
If your ticket does not arrive, request that it be resent through the contact channels. If the error was ours, we will correct it at no cost.
9. Named tickets and transfers
A ticket without a name is a bearer ticket: you may give it away or transfer it, and admission is granted to whoever presents the code first.
Some events require a named ticket: it bears the attendee's name and an identity document may be requested at the door. This requirement is disclosed before purchase. A named ticket can only change holder if you request it from support and the event allows it.
Astur Ticket SpA is not responsible for tickets purchased outside the Platform or through resale, and may cancel tickets that are duplicated, forged, obtained through fraud or sold in breach of the event's rules.
10. Right of withdrawal
Under article 3 bis, letter b), of Ley N.º 19.496, in online purchases the supplier may exclude the right of withdrawal if it clearly discloses this before the purchase. Astur Ticket SpA excludes the right of withdrawal for ticket purchases: once paid, a ticket cannot be returned merely because you changed your mind. This exclusion is shown next to the payment button and must be accepted in order to purchase.
The exclusion of the right of withdrawal does not affect your rights if the event is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly changed (sections 11 and 12), or if there was a duplicate charge or an error on our part.
11. Event cancellation
If the event is cancelled and does not take place, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid, including the service fee and any other charge for the purchase.
We will inform you of the procedure and timeframes as soon as the organizer confirms the cancellation. The refund is preferably made to the same payment method; if this is not possible, we will ask you for bank account details to make a transfer.
The time the bank takes to reflect the refund depends on the card issuer, and is not grounds for denying or reducing the refund.
12. Rescheduling and significant changes
If the date, venue, city, main artist or another essential condition changes, we will inform you of the alternatives. You may accept the change or request a full refund when the change significantly alters what you purchased.
If so announced, the ticket remains valid for the new date. Not requesting the refund immediately does not mean waiving it. Minor changes to the schedule or to secondary programming are assessed according to their actual impact.
13. Voluntary refunds, errors and changes
Except in cases of cancellation, rescheduling, significant changes, duplicate charges, errors on our part and the other cases established by law, tickets are not refunded for personal reasons, unless the event offers it.
Changes of name, section, performance or date are only made for reasons or causes of force majeure, and are coordinated with the event's producer subject to availability. If you notice an error in your details, let us know as soon as possible.
14. Admission, security and right of admission
To enter, you must present a valid ticket and, if the event requires it, an identity document. You must also comply with the organizer's or venue's rules on security, capacity, age, prohibited items and conduct.
The right of admission is exercised on objective, reasonable, disclosed and non-discriminatory grounds. Entry may be refused for a forged or already used ticket, for a security risk, for failing to comply with disclosed rules or for conduct that affects others.
If you are refused entry or removed without reason, you retain your right to file a complaint.
15. Minors and accessibility
Age restrictions and the requirement to attend with an adult are stated on the event page. Review them before buying tickets for minors.
Accessibility spaces and assistance depend on the venue and are disclosed truthfully. When purchasing, you may indicate whether you have a disability or reduced mobility: we will write to you to coordinate your entry with the event's producer. You may also write to us in advance.
16. Prohibited uses
The Platform may not be used for unlawful purposes or purposes that affect its operation, its security or other users. In particular, the following is not permitted:
- Altering, copying, forging or reusing tickets or access codes.
- Using automated programs to hoard tickets, bypass limits or affect availability.
- Paying with third-party payment methods without authorization or disputing a legitimate purchase in bad faith.
- Introducing malicious code, searching for vulnerabilities without authorization or disrupting the service.
- Reselling tickets where this is prohibited, or doing so in a misleading or abusive manner.
17. Fraud prevention and suspension
If there are objective indications of fraud, impersonation, duplication, abusive use or breach of these terms, Astur Ticket SpA may withhold issuance, request additional verification, block an account or cancel a purchase.
The measure will be proportionate, will be recorded, and you may request its review by providing supporting information. Any cancellation will receive the financial treatment that corresponds to its cause and to the law.
18. Operation of the Platform
We strive to keep the Platform available and secure, but there may be interruptions due to maintenance, telecommunications failures, third-party services, high demand or security incidents.
Such interruptions do not release us from correcting our own errors or from respecting your rights. If a failure affects your purchase, we will review the records to confirm, complete, cancel or refund it, as appropriate.
19. Responsibilities
The organizer is responsible for the production and staging of the event: programme, artists, venue, permits, security and delivery of what was offered, to the extent that these are under its control.
Astur Ticket SpA is responsible for its own information, sales, processing, issuance, support and validation services, and for whatever the law assigns to it according to its involvement.
None of these terms excludes liability for wilful misconduct (dolo), gross negligence, misleading information, its own breaches or the non-waivable rights of consumers. Fortuitous events or force majeure will be assessed in accordance with the law and do not, by themselves, prevent the refunds that may apply.
20. Personal data
Your data is used to manage your account and your purchase, issue and validate tickets, prevent fraud, provide you with support, comply with the law and notify you of anything related to the event. It is only shared with those who are necessary to provide the service, such as the payment processor and the receipt issuer. News about upcoming events is only sent if you accept it, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Full details, and how to exercise your rights, are in the privacy policy.
21. Intellectual property
The content, trademarks, designs and software of the Platform are protected by law. You may only use them to purchase and use your tickets.
The trademarks, photographs and content of artists, organizers and venues belong to their owners. Their appearance on the Platform does not give you any rights over them.
22. Questions and complaints
You can make enquiries, request refunds or file complaints by writing to contacto@asturticket.cl or through the contact form. If possible, include the order number, the event, the email address used for the purchase and what happened.
We will never ask for your online banking password or your card's security code. We will confirm that we received your message and will reply within a reasonable time, taking into account the date of the event. You may always turn to SERNAC or to the courts.
23. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms due to legal, technological or operational changes. The version in force states its date and is available before each purchase.
Changes do not apply to already confirmed purchases so as to reduce your rights or change what you paid, unless they are in your favour or required by law.
24. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Chile, in particular Ley N.º 19.496 on the Protection of Consumer Rights and the regulations on e-commerce and personal data protection. No clause limits your right to bring a claim before the competent court under the law.
