AsturTicket sells tickets online. To do so, it stores some data about buyers, and this page explains which data, for what purpose, for how long and what you can do with it.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Astur Ticket SpA, RUT 78.460.386-5, with registered address at Colo Colo 379, office 706, Concepción, Chile, owner of the AsturTicket platform. For any question about your data, write to contacto@asturticket.cl.
What data we store
- Your name, your email address and your mobile number, which you enter when purchasing.
- The names of the attendees, only when the event requires it (for example, an event with named tickets).
- Whether you have a disability or reduced mobility, only if you indicate it when purchasing. We store only a "yes", we use it solely to write to you and coordinate your entry with the event's producer, and it is deleted together with the rest of your data.
- Your purchases: which tickets you bought, when and how much you paid, and the receipt that was issued.
We do not ask for your RUT (Chilean tax ID), your address or your card details: payment is made on the payment processor's page, not on ours.
What we use it for
- To issue your tickets and send them to you by email, and to issue the receipt.
- To notify you of anything related to the event you purchased: a change of schedule, a suspension, a refund.
- To send you news about upcoming events, only if you ticked that box when purchasing. You can untick it at any time from your account.
Who we share it with
With no one, except those needed to complete your purchase: the payment processor (Haulmer, through TUU), which receives the amount and the purchase reference; the electronic receipt issuer (OpenFactura), which receives what a receipt requires; and SoportePUQ SpA, which develops and maintains the platform and processes the data solely on behalf of Astur Ticket SpA. To know how many people visit the store and which pages they use, we also use Google Analytics (see "Cookies"), which does not receive your name, your email address or your purchases. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for advertising.
How long we keep it
Your personal data is kept for up to 12 months after the last event for which you purchased tickets, provided you have not signed in to your account again during that time. After that period, it is deleted automatically. Purchases and receipts are kept without personal data, as required by accounting and tax obligations.
Your rights
From My account, without having to ask anyone, you can:
- Access everything we store about you.
- Rectify your name, your email address or your mobile number.
- Take your data with you (portability): you download a file with your account, your purchases and your tickets.
- Delete your account: your name, your email address, your mobile number and the attendee names are deleted. Your tickets remain valid at the door and the receipt is kept, but without personal data.
If you prefer to exercise any of these rights in writing, or wish to file a complaint, write to contacto@asturticket.cl. We will reply within the period set by law.
Cookies
We use two kinds of cookies:
- The session cookie, which lets the store know it is you while you are purchasing or while you are in your account. Without it, purchasing is not possible, so it is always set. Alongside it we store
asturticket_cookies, which only remembers your answer to the cookie notice for six months. - Google Analytics cookies (
_gaand_ga_…), which count visits statistically: how many people arrive, from where, with which device and which pages they view. Google processes this data as a processor, without storing your IP address and without using it for advertising. They are only activated if you accept in the cookie notice; if you reject them or do not respond, they are not loaded. Nor are they loaded in your account, when signing in or on the page with your tickets. If you accept, they last up to two years in your browser, and Google keeps visit statistics for a maximum of 14 months.
We do not use advertising cookies. You can change your decision at any time from Cookie preferences, at the bottom of every page; if you withdraw your consent, we delete the Google Analytics cookies from your browser. The store works the same with or without them.
Security
The store only works over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). There is no password to sign in to your account: we send a single-use link to your email address, so no one can sign in without access to your inbox.
